Some clients express the desire to get rid of stress, anxiety, insomnia or other issues, but don’t have the time or inclination to go through talk therapy. I run a successful hypnotherapy practice in Mayfair. Well over 95% of my clients require just one two-hour session to release conditions they never felt they could get rid of so quickly or easily.
